Our scheduled maintenance service levels offer a constant service that will increase the life of  your hot tub. There are four options that we offer to fit your individual needs. 

We offer professional service and repair for your hot tub. We have over 30 years experience and a vast knowledge so you are assured that your hot tub is fixed quickly and efficiently.  We understand you want to your hot tub repaired and running as soon as possible so we offer a full van with instock parts. We service all major brands including but not limited to American Whirlpool, Sundance Spas, Caldera Spas, Coleman Spas, Jacuzzi Spas, Cal Spas, Birch Bay Hot Tubs, L.A. Spas, Clearwater Spas, Marquis Spas, Nordic Hot Tubs, Hot Spring Spas and Tiger River Spas.

Is this the best service for you? 

Frequent hot tub users that do not want the responsibility of adding anything to their spa.  This is also recommended for vacation rentals to ensure that their visitors will have a clean hot water experience in the hot tub while they are visiting. 

Is this the best service for you? 

For moderate hot tub use where the homeowners will have the responsibility of adding something to their hot tub once a week to maintain the water.

Is this the best service for you? 

For minimal hot tub use where the homeowners will have the responsibility to add something to their hot tub once a week. They will need to supplement chemicals and balancing PH on a regular basis between visits.

Is this the best service for you? 

For infrequent hot tub use. Homeowners regularly maintains there hot tub by supplementing chemicals, balancing the PH, cleaning and checking filters. Customer wants to leave the draining and deep cleaning to the professionals and isn't interested doing that to their tub on a quarterly basis.

For all maintenance services we provide the following at each visit:

●  Vacuum bottom

●  Wipe Down Spa Lip and Waterline   

●  Clean & Condition Cover 

●  Restock Needed Chemicals or Filters (separate billing) 

●  Picture Reference if Needed  

●  Check program settings and Equipment Operation

 

Drain n Cleans are billed separately @ $79 per 1/2 hr

Recommended once a year.

We will add Enzyme Purge to clean pipes, drain and remove all water, shop vac jets and pipes, polish and clean spa, Refill and balance water. 

 

***Initial Service Cleaning May require More Time and billed accordingly***​

During maintenance calls we do not require you to be home but we require a current cell or work phone number to contact you while we are on site.
